Order Status Meanings

  • On Hold
    Your order is awaiting payment. Please complete your payment to move forward with processing.

  • Processing
    We’ve received your payment, and your order is being prepared. Our team is getting your premium cannabis products ready for shipment.

  • Completed
    Your order has been processed and is on its way to you. You will receive courier tracking details soon to monitor your shipment in real time.

  • Cancelled
    Payment was not made within 3 business days, so your order has been cancelled. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with a reorder.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Enter Your Order Details:
    Use the WooCommerce tracking form below to enter your order number and email address.

  2. Submit Your Request:
    Click on the “Track Order” button to view the current status of your order.

  3. View Order Status:
    The tracking form will display the latest status updates – whether your order is On Hold, Processing, Completed, or Cancelled.

  4. Get Tracking Details:
    If your order is marked as Completed, you’ll also receive the courier tracking details to monitor your shipment.
